In January, we welcome student Lyndsay onto the iPET Network Level 3 Dog Day Care and Boarding qualification! Lyndsay brought along her 2 beautiful dogs Rain and Little Blue, who got to enjoy FDM Retreat whilst she studied.
Lyndsay had wonderful plans to open a Dog Day Care in Hong Kong, utilising the UK’s high standards in animal welfare and care.

“I am now into my third month of running The Dog Club Hong Kong; a boutique social daycare for little dogs. We offer a homestyle environment for dogs to come and play, socialise and relax in the company of other dogs – giving them a break from the usual routine, a chance to make friends and join us on mini-adventures exploring local parks, beaches and jungle hikes.
We’ve had some truly wonderful transformations in some of our members; developing from shy or reactive into confident, happy and playful dogs. The feedback on what we’re doing has been really positive.”
“The best part is we’re supporting our local shelter in homing dogs by offering space for a foster dog to join our membership.”
“For me the course was a great eye-opener into the legal aspects of running a dog daycare with several health and safety elements I had not previously considered. Of course the legal landscape is different here in Hong Kong but it gave me a great base from which to start my planning and build out operations!
It’s still early days for me but we just welcomed our 25th member into the pack and have several more pups lined up for meet n greets later this month.”
